Research Analyst or their relatives may have actual beneficial ownership of 1% or more securities in the subject company at the end of the month immediately preceding the date of publication of the Research Report or date of the public appearance.
There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection to or association with any issuer of products/securities, including any material information or facts that might compromise its objectivity or independence in the carrying on of Research Analyst services. Such conflict of interest shall be disclosed to the client as and when they arise.

Extent of Use of AI Tools in Research Services
The Research Analyst uses AI tools only for limited purposes such as grammar checks, content formatting, and data visualization. All data interpretation and analysis are performed exclusively by human analysts. AI is not used for generating investment recommendations. All AI-assisted content undergoes rigorous human review to ensure accuracy and compliance with SEBI regulations, including the November 2024 circular by SEBI on AI usage by regulated entities. Client data is never used to train AI models without explicit consent.
